Roles & Responsibilities

Role - Business Analyst


Business Process Analysis; Requirements Gathering; SAP functional knowledge; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); Process Mapping; User Stories; Stakeholder Management; SharePoint


Map business processes to ERP functionalities and Microsoft tools. Design and document Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions. Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams for SAP and Microsoft platform projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) – preferred or Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) – preferred
