Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Transformation & Projects Lead is responsible for structuring and strengthening corporate compliance and the operational backbone through the implementation of processes, systems, and governance frameworks. This role operates across all functions, leading transversal initiatives and ensuring execution discipline, while acting as a key driver of operational maturity and scalability.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals
- Manage government compliance, licenses, and regulatory requirements
- Implement governance frameworks, policies, and process improvements
- Define project scope, timelines, KPIs, and monitor performance
- Drive ERP implementation and ensure proper system adoption
- Coordinate with stakeholders and support strategic initiatives with the COO
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, or project management
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi regulatory environment and government platforms
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive execution
- Experience in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Fluent in Arabic and English
