Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. This position involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing workflows, mapping system integrations, and supporting development teams to deliver scalable and efficient technology solutions. The role demands strong analytical thinking, system knowledge, and stakeholder communication to ensure business objectives are met through innovative IT solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools.
  • Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or production (especially valuable in textile contexts).
  • Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Research and explain production-related concepts such as Product Codes, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Production & Consumption, and Production Declaration.
  • Develop end-to-end workflows for new digital features.
  • Define intuitive steps for users interacting with new features, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Identify backend processes including identity verification, account setup, interest calculation, and maturity tracking.
  • Experience in ERP
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
