Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To analyze and translate business needs into technical and functional specifications for digital commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. The role will drive continuous improvement across airline e-commerce touchpoints, enhance digital customer experience, and support delivery of initiatives related to online booking, ancillary revenue, and travel retailing.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business strategies, market trends, and airline/online travel industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.

- Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements across booking, check-in, payment, ancillary products, and post-booking journeys.

- Collaborate with commercial, revenue management, digital product, IT, and external vendors to design scalable business solutions.

- Support end-to-end delivery across the project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.

- Coordinate user story refinement, acceptance criteria, UAT preparation, and defect tracking.

- Build strong cross-functional relationships and effectively communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders.

- Identify and drive continuous process improvements across digital channels.

- Support change management activities and adoption of new digital capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Mandatory Experience:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience within the airline, travel, or online travel agency (OTA) domain, specifically supporting digital or e-commerce platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with airline reservation systems, PSS, GDS, NDC, or ancillary product workflows is highly preferred.
