Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose: Business Analyst- Enterprise Architect will lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Real Estate Operating Model and end-to-end business processes across the organization. This role requires deep expertise in business analysis, process architecture, and transformation within real estate environments, including leasing, property management, asset management, facilities management, and finance integration. The position acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and governance functions, ensuring structured requirements management, operational clarity, and measurable performance improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating Model & Process Design
Lead the design and enhancement of the Real Estate Operating Model across leasing, property management, asset management, facilities management, and finance.
Develop end-to-end process maps aligned with APQC Process Classification Framework (PCF) standards.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, duplication, and ownership overlaps; recommend structural and governance improvements.
Ensure clear role definition, accountability, and process ownership across business units.
Business Requirements Management
Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) aligned with strategic objectives.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
Establish and maintain a Key Responsibilities:
Operating Model & Process Design
Lead the design and enhancement of the Real Estate Operating Model across leasing, property management, asset management, facilities management, and finance.
Develop end-to-end process maps aligned with APQC Process Classification Framework (PCF) standards.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, duplication, and ownership overlaps; recommend structural and governance improvements.
Ensure clear role definition, accountability, and process ownership across business units.
Business Requirements Management
Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) aligned with strategic objectives.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
Establish and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure full lifecycle traceability from requirement to implementation and testing.
Support ERP and digital transformation initiatives, including systems such as Yardi, SAP, or equivalent platforms.
Enterprise Architecture Alignment
Map business needs to business capabilities; identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities (people, process, technology).
Ensure solutions align to target EA across data, application, integration, and technology domains; maintain traceability from requirements → capabilities → solutions.
Contribute to or maintain reference architectures, standards, and patterns (e.g., integration patterns, shared services, data models).
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Apply Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC) to improve operational performance.
Define KPIs, establish baselines, and monitor process performance.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Embed a culture of continuous improvement across business units.
Governance & Best Practice Alignment
Align business processes with APQC best practices and relevant industry benchmarks.
Ensure integration between operating model design, governance frameworks, and performance management systems.
Support audit, compliance, and risk management requirements where applicable.
Ensure process documentation meets internal governance and external regulatory expectations to ensure full lifecycle traceability from requirement to implementation and testing.

Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience ▪ Proven experience designing and optimizing Real Estate operating models, including leasing, property management, and asset management. ▪ Hands-on experience developing BRDs, RTMs, and leading structured requirements management within ERP or digital transformation programs. ▪ Hands on experience in Jira programming, enterprise architecture. ▪Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable operational and performance improvements.
Qualifications and Certifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related discipline. Preferred certification IIBA certification, Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), Jira Certified.
Work Experience
▪Minimum of 8years of experience of experience in Business Analysis, Process Excellence, Enterprise Architecture or Transformation roles.
▪ Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & Arabic)
