Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with vendors and system integrators on requirements validation, functional design, test planning, data cleansing, and system migration strategies
- Act as the system subject matter expert, providing solutions to meet business requirements and resolving complex issues with solution architects and developers
- Lead or support projects and change initiatives to improve business processes and system efficiency
- Develop and execute testing strategies, prepare test cases, and perform functional and end-to-end testing
- Formulate mitigation plans to manage operational risks during system cutovers
- Serve as the main on-site point of contact after system go-live to respond to user queries and issues
- Deliver user training sessions and prepare user manuals and process documentation
- Provide Level 2 support for the ETRM system, managing incidents and change requests with development teams
- Support the design and implementation of an operational support model with defined SLA metrics
- Assist IT teams in maintaining stable operations of the core ETRM system and related applications

- Effective communication skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach
