Job description
As an SAP Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in functional assistance, project coordination and user support on the SAP Finance (FI) and PLPR modules. You will work in an international environment, mainly on the wider European scope.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Provide support and assistance to end users in resolving issues specific to SAP FI and PLPR FI system.
Implement, manage and supervise activities in SAP Finance and the PLPR module.
Be the main point of contact for spare parts trade flows (managed in PLPR) with a financial impact.
Coordinate projects impacting financial processes, in collaboration with the Finance, Supply Chain, and ICT teams.
Provide technical and functional support to business users.
Participate in the resolution of ICT incidents related to SAP/PLPR systems (via Jira).
Identify user needs and analyze business processes to formulate appropriate solutions.
Write the expression of needs and functional specifications.
Monitor the compliance of solutions with the SAP standard in order to limit specific developments.
Carry out user tests (UAT) and anticipate production bugs.
Contribute to project management and change management (support, training, communication).
Animate a community of users and ensure a good level of communication between the various stakeholders of the project.
Qualifications
Bac + 5 in computer science with 3 to 5 years of experience
Required skills
Functional Skills:
Proficiency in SAP FI.
Good understanding of MM (Purchasing) and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules.
Knowledge of the PLPR system is a plus.
Ability to write clear functional specifications.
Transversal skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sense of service, proactivity and team spirit.
Experience in project management or cross-functional coordination.
Ability to manage change management and train users.
Languages:
Fluent in English (compulsory, oral and written).
Fluency in French is an asset.
Tools:
Good command of office automation tools, especially Excel.
Experience with the Jira tool for monitoring anomalies is a plus.
