Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and prepare Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and Functional Specifications.

  • Work closely with business users, developers, testers, and vendors to deliver banking solutions.

  • Perform business process analysis and mapping.

  • Prepare and execute test cases, support SIT/UAT activities, and manage defect life cycles.

  • Ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and support of Finastra EQUATION Core Banking applications.

  • Coordinate system integration activities with core banking and related banking applications.

  • Track and document changes to business requirements and specifications.

  • Prepare user manuals, training materials, and operational procedures.

  • Support loan administration and core banking business functions.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and banking security standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in Finastra EQUATION Core Banking System support, implementation, and business analysis.

  • Strong experience in BRS preparation, functional specifications, testing, and defect management.

  • Good understanding of Core Banking Systems and banking operations.

  • Experience with loan administration and banking system integrations.

  • Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic will be an added advantage.

  • Strong MS Office skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
