Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Daily monitoring and controls and providing explanations on any significant variance in the Balance Sheet and Income Statement daily
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly Management repo1ts to support Senior Management team decision process by analyzing financial perfo1mance
Preparation of monthly and yearly P&L forecast
Support Head of ALM through preparation of ALCO reports and Balance sheet management analysis
Assist on need basis in the implementation of a new Asset Liability Management system
Assist in development and implementation of Customer Profitability and Product Profitability reports within the Bank
Prepare monthly segment level financial statement with FTP analysis and circulate to business heads
Prepare peer group analysis on a quarterly basis to provide insights into competitors’ performance and trends in the local banking industry
Assist in development and preparation of investors presentation deck on a quarterly basis
Assist to enhance management information reports of the Bat1k and its businesses and liaison/assist other divisions for Management information reports
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures to mitigate financial and business risks
In conjunction with the Bl team, initiate automation of reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Banking Experience in Finance is a must
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
8 to 12 years of relevant banking experience in a Finance function
Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and management accounting within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools; experience with automation and BI tools is advantageous.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
