Roles & Responsibilities

Role Objective:

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You'll work with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify solutions, and implement changes to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirementsIdentify business needs and opportunities for improvementDevelop business cases and feasibility studiesCollaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutionsSupport project teams with business analysis tasksConduct stakeholder engagement and communication

Mandatory Skills:

5+ years of experience in business analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with business analysis tools (Visio, Excel, etc.)Understanding of business processes and operations

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Abu Dhabi or UAE marketKnowledge of local regulations and cultureExperience with digital transformation or IT projectsCBAP or equivalent certification
