Business Analyst TASC Outsourcing

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement Develop data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and Excel Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on requirements and solutions Support project planning, estimation, and delivery activities Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of implemented solutions Monitor key metrics and generate periodic performance reports Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2-7 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Lean Six Sigma Experience with data modeling and ETL processes Domain experience in finance, e-commerce, or healthcare Knowledge of stakeholder management and change management practices
