Business Analyst TASC Outsourcing

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst based in the UAE to drive process improvements, gather and document business requirements, analyze complex data sets, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and efficiency improvements. Gather, document, and manage detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including C-level executives, to ensure alignment of business objectives. Analyze large data sets using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to derive actionable insights and trends. Map, model, and optimize end-to-end business processes. Prepare clear reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations. Work closely with project and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field. 5–10 years of proven experience in business analysis or a related role. Strong proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools. Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and management. Advanced data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, or BI platforms. Experience in process improvement, process mapping, and workflow optimization. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both verbal and written. Solid understanding of the UAE business environment, culture, and regulatory frameworks. Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification such as CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA. Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) in a relevant discipline. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. Proficiency in Arabic.
