Missions

Activity 1: Data management and reliability

Collect, consolidate and clean data from various internal sources.

Ensure data consistency between systems (Market data, CRM, SAP, Power BI).

Implement procedures (data quality).

Identify and correct data anomalies.

Ensure data traceability and security in coordination with the IT department.

Activity 2: Analysis and interpretation of business data

Convert raw data into actionable analyses for decision-making.

Identify trends, opportunities and performance gaps (target vs. actual).

Provide comparative analyses (markets, products, networks, regions, customer segments).

Develop an “early warning” approach to critical indicators.

Produce strategic summaries and recommendations based on the analyses.

Activity 3: Decision support and performance management

Contribute to goal setting, forecasting and action plan evaluation exercises.

Monitor sales performance (Sell In / Sell Out / Field activity).

Provide analytical support during monthly performance reviews.

Identify the levers for growth and field efficiency (ROI).

Desired profile

Bachelor's degree (4-5 years of higher education) in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analysis or equivalent

Minimum 2 to 3 years in a similar position, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
