Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP and CRM modules.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to map processes, identify gaps, and define business needs.
  • Validate that solutions meet business requirements during system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support configuration and customization decisions based on documented requirements and business priorities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, requirement specifications, and functional design documents.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and end-users to ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
  • Assist in training and knowledge transfer related to system functionality and business processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Documentation Specialist, or similar role in ERP/CRM projects.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Functional knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP) and CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and technical partners.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing documentation and requirements.
