Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
Work closely with product managers, developers, QA, and other teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Create process models, data flow diagrams, and user stories.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating solutions against requirements.
Provide ongoing analysis to improve product features, processes, and performance.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
What We re Looking For:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in fintech or software development.
Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency with tools like Jira.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with financial systems or trading platforms is a plus.
