Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled professional to manage projects, communicate with clients, and deliver solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of credit and risk management, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage project scope and deliverables for clients
- Lead project kick-off and regular scrum meetings to ensure successful project delivery
- Collect, validate, and document business requirements
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and serve as primary point of contact during onboarding
- Provide client-focused solutions and ensure timely project delivery
- Offer post-launch support and manage client customization requests
- Gather and analyze data to inform new product development
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and risk assessment policies

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, commerce or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of credit and risk management
- Familiarity with regulatory segmentation, risk review, and approval processes
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, innovate, and drive professional excellence
