Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensuring an optimal working environment between product design and delivery.
By supporting the team and the product owner in communication, problem-solving, and setting the necessary milestones to achieve the required level of quality. The role also involves teaching the team agile practices and structuring work processes (team norms, meetings, etc.).
Main responsibilities:
- Owner of the overall project delivery process
- Leading daily Scrum meetings and coaching the team in resolving daily problems
- Train the team on Agile practices and a rapid execution mindset, and protect them from distractions/irrelevant requests so they can focus on testing and learning.
- Manage dependencies and communicate plans, problems, and results effectively and proactively with top management on a regular basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Hold an engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in developing IT/digital solutions.

- Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paired Programming, Automated Testing, Agile Games
