Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed requirement analysis by engaging with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for mobile and internet banking applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
  • Participate in system and functional testing, validating solutions against requirements and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with business teams to resolve issues and gaps.
  • Document workflows, business processes, and integration points within the banking domain.
  • Provide continuous support in refining features and enhancements for digital banking platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
  • Strong expertise in mobile and internet banking applications and familiarity with customer journeys in retail banking.
  • Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, and backlog management using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of testing processes (functional, system, and UAT) within digital banking products.
  • Bilingual – Arabic & English speaker (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of payments, fund transfers, account services, or card management will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
