Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed functional specifications and process maps to guide technical teams in delivering effective solutions.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and validate requirements, fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
  • Utilize data modeling techniques to translate complex business needs into actionable insights, enhancing decision-making processes.
  • Create and execute test scenarios to validate solutions against requirements, ensuring quality and functionality before deployment.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Experience in industries like finance, healthcare, or technology, showcasing adaptability to diverse business contexts.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau, enabling effective manipulation and presentation of data.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to facilitate project execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly to varied audiences.
