Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with 5+ years of proven experience to join our team on a contractual basis. The role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT/technical teams. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and getting sign-off on business requirements while providing critical domain insights to the development team. You will act as the key communicator across business, IT, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The role will primarily support automotive dealership and mobility use cases, including vehicle sales, aftersales service, customer lifecycle management, and digital lead generation platforms.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills (BRD, FRS, User Stories, Process Maps, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate business problems into clear solutions.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with both business executives and technical teams.

  • Proficiency in tools such asJira, Microsoft Visio, draw.i o, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development projects.

  • Strong experience in end-to-end requirements lifecycle – from elicitation to documentation, sign-off, and delivery.

  • Proven track record of successfully bridging business and IT teams in complex project environments.

  • Own visa Preferred
