Business Analyst with QA Skills Dicetek LLC

Role Overview We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst with strong Quality Assurance (QA) capabilities and UI/UX design awareness to join our in-house development and support team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, while also contributing to testing strategies and early-stage design through wireframing and prototyping. Experience in domains such as smart cities, smart parks and content management platforms is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated) Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Create UI/UX wireframes and interactive prototypes to support requirement validation and stakeholder alignment Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks in requirements and solutions Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure alignment Support defect tracking, triage, and resolution processes Maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, test reports, and traceability matrices
