Roles & Responsibilities
span> span> strong>NOTE - This role is a financial one./strong> /span> /span>
This position is responsible in assisting the Division Leadership in reviewing & monitoring Annual Business Plans and providing support to Project Teams on Invoice Management, Revenue & Expense Analysis.
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Preparing Annual Budgets and Forecasts, and monitoring progress against the same on a monthly basis.
- Preparing Monthly Financial Reporting Packs.
- Preparing adhoc financial reports as requested by Directors & Project Managers.
- Assisting Project Teams on Invoice Management, Revenue & Expense analyses.
- Providing support to Project Leaders in their review and analyses of Project Progress Reports, Labor Reports, Cost & Expense Reports.
- Monitoring Cash Collections (planned v/s actual).
- Providing efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include strong>5 years work experience in a financial audit, internal audit, or management accounting role span>of which at least 2 were preferably spent working on Gulf region/strong> partnered with a strong>Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related degree/strong>./span>
Preference will be given to candidates with CPA / CMA / ACCA / MBA.
Previous experience in the Architecture / Civil Engineering / Construction Management industry is preferred.br> Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Experience with automated accounting and financial management systems.br> Previous experience with Deltek Vision ERP system is preferred.
