Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements effectively.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Analyze and document business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with IT teams to implement solutions optimizing business processes.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit business requirements and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications that can be understood by development teams.
- Monitor project progress and track deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Conduct research and analysis to support business decision-making processes.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and organizational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar industry or setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrable experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
