Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Translate requirements into clear documentation, user stories, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper understanding of requirements.
  • Assist in solution design and validation.
  • Support testing activities by defining acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software projects.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and documentation.
  • Experience with Agile environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
