• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technology and product teams.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product and business strategy.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and sales to drive project delivery and process enhancements.
• Support the implementation of new features and system enhancements by providing clear documentation and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
