Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, use cases, and workflows.
  • Analyze system s business flows, identify gaps, and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Work with the CTO and tech teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and system requirements.
  • Support the design, development, and deployment of fintech applications and platforms.
  • Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Participate in system testing (UAT, SIT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between business units, developers, and QA teams.
  • Track project progress, report issues/risks, and support project management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with fintech industry regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging fintech trends and provide insights for innovation.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Drawing the diagram & wireframe mockups

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on of digital payments, POS systems, mobile applications, and financial platforms.
  • Experience in creating BRDs, process maps, and user stories.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Knowledge of fintech regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, GDPR, local banking regulations).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
