About Position:

Business Analyst Project Financing

Background:

Experience in financial services, consulting firm, rating agency or corporate finance/strategy division of corporate or financial institution with strong experience in market research, feasibility studies, benchmarking, and trend analysis in infrastructure project finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research covering infrastructure and project finance sectors from commercial & financing point of view, such as roads, energy, and other large-scale projects.
• Conduct market and company research, trend analysis, and carry out benchmarking studies against industry peers and global best practices within the infrastructure domain.
• Perform feasibility studies, risk assessments, and sensitivity analysis for proposed projects.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from both primary and secondary research sources.
• Prepare high-quality research reports, presentations, and investment memoranda for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track regulatory, policy, and sectoral developments impacting finance infrastructure.
• Support business advisory, transaction structuring, and market entry strategy initiatives.

Qualification and Experience requirements:

• CA/ MBA from a premier institute or Postgraduate/Graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of post-qualification relevant experience in business/market research, consulting, or advisory in infrastructure project finance
• Excellent skills in data interpretation, report writing, and presentation.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of research databases is preferred.
