Mission

Reporting to a customer service production department, the Business Analyst will be responsible for:

The implementation of internal reporting:

Consolidate and control production data;
Design and implement dashboards for activity management;
Produce reports as requested by management;
Assist in Business Review and Kikoff meetings;
Analyze results;
Analyze the evolution of gross and net profits and revenue of projects in charge;
Analyze different performance indicators;
Be proactive in suggesting improvements to production.

Search Profile

Master's degree in BI (Business Intelligence) engineering or similar.

Good mastery of technologies:

SQL (technologie MS SSIS/SSAS) ;

MYSQL ;

Database management.

Analytical mind;

Sense of organization;

Autonomy;

Excellent mastery of Excel;

Ability to detect anomalies;

Attention to detail and observation;

Ability to optimize existing dashboards and propose new reports;
