Business Analyst MAITRI GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4–5 years of proven experience in business requirement analysis and documentation for technology solution implementation projects within enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and leading requirement discussions with technical teams and business users and stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate strong skills in requirement gathering, coordination, documentation, analysis, and stakeholder management, with the ability to present findings and reports in a clear, structured, and professional format.

This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to drive structured business discussions, translate requirements into actionable deliverables, and ensure all outputs meet enterprise documentation and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills in both Arabic and English is a must
• Team player and being pro-active in everything you do is a great plus
