Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HRMS projects.

Conduct gap analysis between business needs and Oracle HRMS functionalities.

Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and clarification sessions.

Support the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement initiation to solution delivery.

Ensure proper traceability between requirements, solutions, and test cases.

Collaborate with functional, technical, and QA teams to ensure alignment.

Prepare BRDs, process workflows, and other supporting documentation as needed.

Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation of implemented solutions.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

6 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HRMS or ERP implementation projects.

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is preferred.

Experience with Oracle HRMS is an added advantage.
