Key Responsibilities/strong>

• Collaborate directly with strong>senior stakeholders, leadership teams, and business users/strong> to understand strategic objectives and detailed functional requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering and meetings to extract clear, actionable insights.
• Prepare high-quality strong>BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications./strong>
• Analyse existing processes and propose improvements aligned with business goals.
• Validate requirements with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and alignment with project scope.
• Support project planning, impact analysis, and risk identification.
• Assist in UAT planning, test case validation, and resolving requirement-related issues during development cycles.
• Ensure documentation standards, traceability, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a strategic partner to the client, helping convert ideas into structured technical and business deliverables.

strong>Required Skills & Experience/strong>

• strong>8-12 years of proven experience /strong>as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Strong expertise instrong> requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation./strong>
• Ability to work confidently with strong>senior stakeholders, project owners, and leadership teams./strong>
• Excellent command over business process mapping, workflow design, and requirement validation.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and other functional documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-cultural client environments is a plus.
• Prior experience working onsite in the Middle East is an advantage (not mandatory).
