Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for card products and features, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, marketing, operations) to define and prioritize card product enhancements and new launches.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for card product innovation and differentiation.
- Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and use cases for card-related projects, acting as the voice of the customer.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Cards (Debit/Credit)
Hands-on exposure to UAE banking regulations and market practices
Experience working with card lifecycle, transactions, and payment flows
Ability to gather requirements, gap analysis, prepare BRDs/FSD, and coordinate with business, internal IT and other vendors, managing CAB approvals.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Coordinating with all stakeholders to obtain sign-offs necessary for project closure
Experience: Relevant cards BA experience with UAE exposure is mandatory
