Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders and users, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Developing and documenting detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements.
• Performing business process modeling, analysis, and optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Working closely with developers, designers, and QA testers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Conducting gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
• Creating prototypes or mockups to visualize and refine requirements.
• Providing support and guidance to project managers and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting data analysis and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
• Facilitating requirements prioritization and validation sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Skills Expected:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor s/Master s Degree/MA in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
• Advanced technical skills including competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of web technologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and databases.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Strong technical writing and research skills.
• Understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and stakeholder management.

Note: Candidates having aviation and/ or military software experience will have preference.
