Our client, a major player in its sector, is looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to support a transformation or optimization of its HR processes, particularly in the fields of Talent, Recruitment and Training. Strong expertise on Workday is essential to ensure the success of this mission.

Missions and responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing HR business processes (Talent, Recruitment, Learning).
• Identify functional needs and propose solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Workday to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure the implementation of solutions.
• Participate in end-user training and support during the adoption phase.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of deliverables and respect deadlines.

Profile sought

• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Analyst, with a focus on Talent, Recruitment and Learning processes.
  • Proven experience in the implementation, configuration or optimization of Workday (Talent and Recruitment module highly desired).
  • Mastery of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Skills:
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strength of proposal and analytical mind.
• Languages: My knowledge of French and English (an asset).
