Business Analyst - Transformation and Retail Market

As part of a strategic project to redesign the Agent position and implement the roadmap of projects for the retail market in the insurance sector, we are looking for a confirmed or senior Data Analyst to support the transformation team.

• Duration: 6 months, renewable
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Casablanca, Morocco

• Applying Design Thinking techniques to co-create innovative solutions
• Facilitate workshops with third-party teams to gather and challenge needs
• Participate in project management according to Waterfall and Agile standards
• Implementing Agile values ​​and principles, with particular expertise in Scrum
• Use Agile project management tools (Jira or equivalent)
• Analyze the technological challenges and propose improvements
• Challenging existing practices and co-creating differentiating solutions

• Minimum of a 5-year degree (Engineering school or Business school)
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role (Business Transformation, Retail, Marketing, Customer Experience)
• Significant expertise and experience in the insurance sector (mandatory)
• Excellent analytical, management, and communication skills
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops with tradespeople
