The Role
The successful candidate will be a fluent English speaker, possessing a relevant degree alongside a recognised teaching qualification. A minimum of two years’ experience teaching in schools that adhere to the National Curriculum is essential, particularly with the ability to teach both GCSE and A-Level programmes. We believe that familiarity with these stages of education is critical in maintaining our high academic standards.

The ability to deliver the complete curriculum to students while ensuring an engaging and comprehensive learning environment is paramount. Key Requirements:
Qualified teacher status (QTS)
Excellent subject knowledge of the NC
Experience of current UK initiatives and developments in Business and Mathematics
Subject knowledge with an ability and willingness to teach across KS3, KS4 and KS5
Experience in teaching, GCSE and A Level
Confidence in using IT to motivate and extend student’s learning experiences
Experience of using data from internal assessments and standardised tests and external assessments to track student progress
Experience of teaching EAL students is essential
Exceptional knowledge of the subject area and up-to-date with curriculum changes
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
Passion for delivering high-quality education and fostering a nurturing environment
The capacity to support creative learning and to focus on developing 21st Century learning environments and innovation skills
