Roles & Responsibilities

Education:

  • University degree in computer sciences or equivalent. A higher degree in Information systems is an asset.
  • MBA or PMP is preferred.

Language:

  • Good command of English.

Skills:

  • Fully acquainted with the recent developments in information systems and computer applications.
  • Business understanding for HR Processes
  • Knowledge of Business Process Re-engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years Hands on Implementation experience related to Oracle Fusion ERP HCM modules under his function and Operation support [Core HR Absence Management Payroll SSHR Performance Management Recruitment and Onboarding Learning Management Succession Planning]
  • Solid experience in HCM ERP Transformations of 10 years

Desired Candidate Profile
