Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Education:
- University degree in computer sciences or equivalent. A higher degree in Information systems is an asset.
- MBA or PMP is preferred.
Language:
- Good command of English.
Skills:
- Fully acquainted with the recent developments in information systems and computer applications.
- Business understanding for HR Processes
- Knowledge of Business Process Re-engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years Hands on Implementation experience related to Oracle Fusion ERP HCM modules under his function and Operation support [Core HR Absence Management Payroll SSHR Performance Management Recruitment and Onboarding Learning Management Succession Planning]
- Solid experience in HCM ERP Transformations of 10 years
