Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive business architecture frameworks that align with organizational strategy and goals, ensuring all business processes and technology support overall objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and IT capabilities, fostering a culture of cross-functional teamwork.
  • Create detailed documentation of business processes, including workflows, models, and impact assessments, to provide a clear understanding of the current state and future improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business architecture, process improvement, or a related domain, preferably within a corporate environment.

  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, BPMN, or Certified Business Architect (CBA) that demonstrate expertise in business architecture frameworks and methodologies.

  • Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology, with a proven track record of implementing business architecture initiatives that drive strategic goals.
