Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and department managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records with accuracy.
  • Support project management activities by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and supporting HR administrative tasks.
