Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze client business processes, people, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and deliver tailored training programs in sales, marketing, and customer service.
Collaborate with clients to design actionable sales and marketing strategies aligned with their vision.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform strategic recommendations.
Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and solutions to stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and training programs.
Provide ongoing support and consulting to ensure sustained client success.
Document project progress, prepare reports, and present results to clients and internal teams.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Foster strong client relationships to drive retention and deepen loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of experience in business consulting, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote, home-based setting.
Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration software.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
