Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Objective:

  • Lead the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs
  • Conduct and lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Threat Risk Assessment (TRA) activities
  • Develop and implement recovery strategies and solutions
  • Design and deliver BCM awareness sessions and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with regional BCM regulations and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance organizational resilience

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing BCM frameworks and programs
  • Strong knowledge of BCM regulations and best practices in the region
  • Hands-on experience in leading BIA and TRA exercises
  • Experience in developing recovery strategies and business continuity plans
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic (mandatory)
  • Ability to work on-site in Oman for the full project duration
