Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Objective:
- Lead the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs
- Conduct and lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Threat Risk Assessment (TRA) activities
- Develop and implement recovery strategies and solutions
- Design and deliver BCM awareness sessions and training programs
- Ensure compliance with regional BCM regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance organizational resilience
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in implementing BCM frameworks and programs
- Strong knowledge of BCM regulations and best practices in the region
- Hands-on experience in leading BIA and TRA exercises
- Experience in developing recovery strategies and business continuity plans
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (mandatory)
- Ability to work on-site in Oman for the full project duration
