Roles & Responsibilities

Manage Business Data Analytics Solutions (BI & Data Science Platforms) through overseeing the development & implementation of selected best in class Data & Analytics Modules in order to Enable Faster and Data based Decision Making for all Business Functions.

Extend Data Analytics & Data Mining to all Business Areas & Ensure the efficiency, reliability and best utilization of Data & Analytics Systems by maintaining the standard levels of Data Integrity and adequate end users training.

Accountabilities:

Lead enterprise-wide Data Analytics and Data Science initiatives, aligning insights and solutions with business goals and best practices.
Own the delivery of complex, cross-functional analytics solutions, working closely with IT and business teams.
Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build advanced analytical and predictive models that drive measurable business impact.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into high-value analytics use cases.
Assess, select, and implement BI, Machine Learning, and Analytics platforms, from proof of concept to full deployment.
Ensure analytics solutions are accurately tested, successfully launched, and continuously monitored for performance and adoption.
Plan and manage analytics projects end to end, coordinating teams, timelines, risks, and deliverables using Agile where appropriate.
Define and develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that support performance management and operational optimization.
Translate business and data requirements into enterprise-wide insights, models, and reports.
Explore and analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify the right data sources, integration approaches, and data standards.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and access control across analytics platforms and solutions.
Communicate insights clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Design and deliver training that enables teams and leaders to turn data into actionable decisions.

Working Hours : 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor s degree
Experience:
- 4-6 Years of Experience
- Working knowledge of best practices in information technology management.
- ITIL and service management background.
Computer Skills:
- Business Intelligence Systems
- Data Reporting Tools (SQL, PL/SQL).
- Data Statistics Tools and Techniques
- Strong SQL / PLSQL knowledge
- MS Office Suite (Advanced)
