Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Survey and visit the sites & contacting potential clients via email or phone to set up meetings.
  • Negotiation with clients and closing deals high.
  • Prepare effective proposals, presentations, and demonstrations on business development opportunities for management.
  • Establish and maintain a customer relations management database.
  • Maintains records of target area business development and project data to aid in coordination of all marketing and operation plans.
  • Responsible for answering the questionnaires (technical part) & answering inquires to the clients.
  • Enhance and edit company profile, Project list and scope of work
  • Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
  • Develop the company's online presence, align with upper management regarding all business
  • Develop and take ownership in a Regional Strategy specific to an assigned region & Conduct site evaluation for potential customers.
  • Able to draft a contract and negotiate its terms.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function additional duties as assigned by Executive manager.
