Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic growth.
  • Generate qualified leads, prepare proposals, and present tailored freight solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate and updated customer data.
  • Track customer interactions, monitor sales pipeline, and provide insights to management.
  • Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and after-sales service.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Strategic Coordination & Reporting

  • Support the CEO and management in setting sales and growth strategies.
  • Prepare periodic sales performance reports and present market insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, shipping lines, and suppliers.
  • Act as a key link between clients and internal departments to deliver high-quality service.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3 5 years of proven experience in business development or CRM (preferably in logistics or freight forwarding).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Odoo preferred), lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
