Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Business development and key accounts
- Lead and drive commercial development in the Moroccan market for OCP
- Identify new growth opportunities and structure market development plans
- Conduct market research and contribute to defining growth plans
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Organize and lead the necessary technical and sales training for clients and distributors
Technical interface and sales support
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service and product specialists to ensure fast and appropriate support
- Present the group's technical solutions, expertise, and technological platforms to clients
- Provide technical and sales support throughout the sales cycle
Pilotage, reporting et repr sentation
- Prepare regular reports on market conditions, offers, and sales performance
- Monitor and adhere to allocated budgets (particularly for investments and sales activities)
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and professional events, in line with the group's strategy
- Ensure compliance with the group's defined sales and technical processes
You are an experienced Business Developer or Technical Sales Engineer , comfortable in complex industrial environments and strongly focused on major accounts.
Formation et exp rience
Higher education: Master's degree (engineering, industrial marketing, business, or equivalent)
. Strong technical background required
. Proven experience in selling industrial solutions , ideally in international contexts
. In-depth knowledge of the mining sector and major industrial ecosystems in Morocco , including OCP.
