Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions:

  • Create a file of current and potential customers
  • Understanding the potential of your sector as well as the market share of your main competitors
  • To provide support to the distributors' sales force and measure their performance
  • Conduct competitive intelligence
  • Identify new bakery openings
  • Mastering the technical characteristics of the Lesaffre product range

- Business development

  • Contribute to the market's clarity
  • Identify and communicate clients' technical support needs and monitor the progress of these support missions.
  • Use sales support tools to optimize your sales processes
  • Walking to new bakeries every day and collecting data
  • Demonstrates commercial dynamism and assigns new clients to the distributor best able to provide the best service
  • Establish good communication with the Baking Center team and provide them with relevant information.
  • Guarantee the image of Lesaffre products in your market

- Reporting

  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Regularly update the database and the information contained in the CRM.
  • Planning missions in advance

Desired Candidate Profile

With a background in sales, you have at least 2 years of field sales experience, working with FMCG product distributors.

English would be an asset.
