Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research the market to identify new business opportunities that align with company goals.
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Partner with internal teams to tailor strategies that meet market and client needs.
  • Track and review business performance regularly, making adjustments to stay on course.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing business deals.
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant, cafe, or hospitality industry and its technology needs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
