Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and business plans for dermatology and aesthetic services.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage services lifecycle, including new service launches, portfolio management, and discontinuations.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and consumers.
- Create promotional materials and digital content aligned with regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor sales performance and provide corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth product operations.
- Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, and legal requirements in all promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data, market share, and ROI of campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in service management or marketing.
- Knowledge of dermatology treatments, skincare therapies, and market trends is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
