Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international and domestic markets for marble, limestone, and granite products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

Represent Marmo Stone Egypt at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Monitor and report on business development activities, sales pipelines, and key performance indicators.

Provide feedback and insights to management for continuous improvement of products and services.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all business dealings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 2 to 7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the stone, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in export sales or international markets is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal development skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
