Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement effective business development strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and pipeline progress.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote company services.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
- Continuously seek feedback and identify areas for improvement in business development processes.
- 2 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with close attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn about new industries, services, and market trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
